Pazienti in terapia con Coumadin/Sintrom che necessitino di interventi chirurgici/odontoiatrici/diagnostica invasiva
Qualora Lei segua una terapia anticoagulante (Sintrom-Coumadin) ed abbia la necessità di sottoporsi ad un intervento chirurgico/odontoiatrico potrà farlo solo adottando una terapia particolare detta TERAPIA PONTE.
Si consiglia di prendere un appuntamento almeno dieci giorni prima dell’intervento recando con se almeno gli ultimi tre INR unitamente ad un recente valore di emocromo e di creatininemia oltre, ovviamente, a tutta la documentazione sanitaria disponibile.
